Emergency iClicker outage planned from 3:00-3:30 MT TODAY Oct 4. 2023

Service Restored at 3:56 PM on 10/4/2023: iClicker has cleared maintenance and OIT has confirmed the service is working. We apologize for any disruption.

OIT was just informed that iClicker will be conducting emergency maintenance of their system today at 3PM MT.
 

Impact

If you are using iClicker at that time you will likely experience unexpected outages and need to sign back in after 3:30 PM. Please plan on not using iClicker between 3:00 and 3:30 today.

iClicker Unable to Collect Data from Remotes

Service Issue Restored on 10/3/2023 at 9:00 AM: iClicker reports that their service is now operational. Student iClickers and the mobile app are fully functional, although some of the data not collected on Sept 28 and 29 is still in the process of being recovered.

Service Issue Reported on 9/29/23 at 8:51 AM: OIT is aware of an intermittent outage preventing the iClicker Cloud from collecting data from physical remotes. Students using the mobile app or voting via web page appear to be unaffected. The vendor has been notified.

FedAuth/SSO to ArcGIS service failing

Service Restored at 4:43 AM on 9/27/2023: Per OIT's software team, access for SSO accounts to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro SSO is now functioning correctly via Federated ID authentication.

 

Service Issue Reported at 4:01 PM on 9/27/2023: OIT is aware that when signing into ArcGIS, the Federated ID service is returning the message "The request cannot be fulfilled ..."  Access for SSO accounts to ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro SSO is blocked.  Vendor and internal support teams are engaged.
