Off-Campus Services
Graduate and Family Housing
The wired and wireless networks in graduate and family housing apartments (i.e., those in Athens Court, Athens North, Marine Court, Newton Court and Smiley Court) are provided through Comcast.
If you have issues with the wired or wireless service in these buildings, contact Comcast directly at 855-307-4896. If after calling Comcast your issue remains unresolved, contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 and ask for a ticket to be routed to Student Affairs Information Technology (SAIT) for assistance.
Mobile Hotspot Program
A program offered by University Libraries, the Office of Financial Aid and the Office of Information Technology allows current CU Boulder students, staff and faculty to check out a mobile hotspot to use at home. These portable devices allow you to connect to Wi-Fi without using your mobile data or an internet service. Apply for a hotspot.
