High-speed Internet service is available in CU Boulder offices, residence halls and university apartments (family housing and Bear Creek).
Telecommunication Liaisons can order new service, change or disconnect service, or order new jacks using our Voice/Data Service Request form.
The family housing buildings of Athens Court, Athens North, Smiley Court, Marine Court and Newton court have wired and wireless networks provided through Comcast.
End users having issues should be directed to call Comcast directly at 855-307-4896. If after calling Comcast and their issues isn't resolved, customers should contact the Housing IT Help Desk at 303-492-1291.
