Intermittent issues with campus Touchpoint Contact Centers
- Impact: Intermittent issue where a caller cannot be heard by the agent at a campus touchpoint contact center. Additionally, transfers from Touchpoint contact center to a 5-digit campus extension in Microsoft Teams are not functioning.
- Workaround: Transfer calls to the 10-digit campus phone number instead of a 5-digit extension.
- Status: OIT is collaborating with our vendor, Enghouse, to address these issues and is committed to restoring full functionality as soon as possible.
