On May 1, 2011, The Office of the Chancellor, on behalf of University Counsel John Sleeman and Larry Levine, AVC for IT and CIO, informed faculty and staff at the University of Colorado Boulder about the System APS records retention policy and asked faculty and staff to utilize the campuswide email and calendaring solution. Arrangements have been made to accommodate those working with organizations that the university has made arrangements with to use the organizations' domain as an email delivery location for an employee.
