How to Contact the IT Service Center

  • Phone:  303-735-4357 (5-HELP from an on-campus phone)
  • E-mail:
    • When contacting the IT Service Center by email we ask that in addition to a description of your issue or request, you provide us with your full name, student ID number or employee ID number, and if possible, a phone number.
  • Self-Service Portal: The Office of Information Technology documents and tracks customer issues and requests via a ticketing system called ServiceNow. Customers with an active IdentiKey can log into this tool to: create their own cases, check the status of existing cases, and review case history.

*Note: For immediate assistance, it is best to call 5-HELP, rather than to use email. Email messages are prioritized by the order they are received, while an IT Service Center analyst will always be available by phone during business hours.
