Overview

OIT collaborates with partners across campus in various ways using tools like ServiceNow, DocuSign, Buff Portal Advising and more.

Service Who May Get It Features
Buff Portal Advising Available to CU system affiliates, with access granted on a case-by-case basis. A software-as-a-service (built on the salesforce.com platform) used for constituent relationship management (CRM) initiatives for the entire CU system (all campuses and administrative units).
Container Platform CU Boulder saculty, staff, and affiliates A Kubernetes-based platform for hosting containers, providing namespace-as-a-service. Built on OpenShift.
DocuSign All CU Boulder affiliates with an active IdentiKey.* An online application that allows for users to securely sign/send documents, create forms, and manage document workflow.
GitHub Enterprise All CU Boulder affiliates Website and cloud-based code hosting platform enabling developers to store, manage, track and control changes to their code. 
Jira Software CU Boulder Staff Work management tool that can support agile software development, application development, project management, issue tracking and more. 
Paperless Campus All CU Boulder offices are encouraged to participate. Campus initiative undertaken in order to mininize the waste associated with the significant resources used in paper documents.
Qualtrics All CU Boulder affiliates with an active IdentiKey. An online survey tool that allows for users to build surveys, send invitations/reminders, track participation, display results (graphically and statistically), and export results.
SensusAccess All faculty, staff, and students A web-based service application that allows users to convert documents into accessible formats.
ServiceNow OIT Staff and Student Staff, other university departments by request Primary IT Service Management Tool used by OIT for incidents, requests, problems, and general contact tickets.
