What is considered highly confidential data?

Please review the Guidelines for Storing Documents in the Cloud when working with highly confidential data to ensure that data exported from Qualtrics is being exported into an approved environment.

  • One Drive
  • Microsoft Excel
  • UCB Files
  • Tableau
  • Salesforce
    • *Note: required additional licensing that must include encryption

Non approved tools:

  • Google Drive
  • Google Sheets

Highly Confidential Data Account

Accounts in the highly confidential Qualtrics instance are not received by default for users. To receive a new highly confidential data account, please fill out and submit the Highly Confidential Data New Account request form.
