Any campus affiliate can use the service. OIT technicians can assist you with testing and setup of your videoconference.
Videoconferencing uses telecommunications of audio and video to bring people at different sites together for a meeting. Besides the audio and visual transmission of meeting activities, videoconferencing can be used to share computer content. Sites that support high definition allow for 720P and above video resolution.
OIT provides desktop video conferencing via Zoom.
Contact the IT Service Center and an Academic Technology Services technician will contact you and can help you schedule and design your video conference.
Video conferencing allows individuals to interact, share information, create documents and meet together without having to be in the same physical location. Any campus affiliate that needs to interact with others in a video conference can use this service.
