Who is eligible for this service?

Any campus affiliate can use the service. OIT technicians can assist you with testing and setup of your videoconference.

What is High Definition Video Conferencing?

Videoconferencing uses telecommunications of audio and video to bring people at different sites together for a meeting. Besides the audio and visual transmission of meeting activities, videoconferencing can be used to share computer content. Sites that support high definition allow for 720P and above video resolution.

What software and hardware is used?

OIT provides desktop video conferencing via Zoom.

Where are the services provided?

If you would like to hold a video conference, OIT recommends using Zoom video conferencing software. For assistance setting up or scheduling a video conference, please call 303-735-4357 or email

Where do I obtain more information?

Contact the IT Service Center and an Academic Technology Services technician will contact you and can help you schedule and design your video conference.

Who should use this service?

Video conferencing allows individuals to interact, share information, create documents and meet together without having to be in the same physical location. Any campus affiliate that needs to interact with others in a video conference can use this service.
