New Google Storage Limitations

Forwarding Your Mail with Gmail

You are encouraged to use the campus-provided Gmail service, but if you prefer to use a different email service, you should change your email delivery location using CU Boulder Identity Manager. If you want to consolidate a personal Gmail account with your CU Boulder Gmail account, you may use the Check emails from other accounts help page. The email client configuration instructions below can be used to help you to manually move messages from one Gmail account to another.

Enabled Applications

The core applications that all campus affiliates receive are GmailCalendar, Groups, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites.

Students and some other affiliates (not faculty and staff) receive Gmail as their default email application.

In addition to the core applications mentioned above, CU Boulder has enabled many other applications that are not considered "core" by Google. For a descriptions and help information for all campus enabled applications please visit the Google Application Descriptions page.
