I'm about to graduate. Do I have to opt in to keep my CU Boulder email address?

No. Starting with the May 2008 graduating class, new grads can automatically continue to access their colorado.edu email address.

You will be using your IdentiKey username and password to access your email, so you'll need to use IdentiKey Manager to change your password.

Can I forward my account to a different address?

Yes, you can use IdentiKey Manager to set your email delivery location. Learn how to forward to your preferred personal email account.

Which colorado.edu email addresses will I be able to use to receive email?

You will be able to use your primary email address (firstname.lastname@colorado.edu and IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu). Secondary and group email addresses are not eligible.

December 2007 and prior graduates

I graduated before spring 2008. Can I still opt in or get my colorado.edu email address back?

If you graduated before spring 2008, you can request to get your email address back by contacting the IT Service Center.
