DUO multifactor authentication will undergo maintenance between 10 and 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13. The work being done during the maintenance will update the prompt users receive when logging in to university services that require DUO.

Qualtrics email distribution is currently unavailable

Service Restored at 10:13 AM on 9/8/23: Qualtrics has resolved the issue regarding email distribution. The service is working as expected. 
 
Service Issue Reported at 4:50 PM on 9/7/23: Qualtrics email distribution is currently unavailable. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue. In the meantime please consider using other survey distribution methods including web distributions and anonymous links to distribute your surveys.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 17. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services below).

iClicker Cloud is experiencing connection issues

Service restored at 7:55 AM on 9/7/23: iClicker has announced that the iClicker Cloud instructor application is back to normal. More information can be found at the iClicker Status Page.
 
Service issue updated at 4:04 PM on 9/6/23: iClicker vendor is still reporting "degraded performance" for the instructor desktop application as they are monitoring a fix they recently released.

Buff Portal Advising, Buff Info, Boulder eCommunications (Salesforce)

Buff Portal Advising, Buff Info, and Boulder eCommunications will undergo vendor maintenance between 8 and 11 p.m. on Saturday, August 19. The work being done during the maintenance will move CU Boulder’s instance of Salesforce to a new server. 

Impact

Buff Portal Advising, Buff Info and Boulder eCommunications will not be accessible during the maintenance window, 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, August 19.

Buff Portal Books Card Error

Service Issue Resolved at 2:19 PM on 8/16/2023: The problem affecting 1224 Fall courses in Buff Portal has now been resolved per the Buff Portal Dev team. Buff Portal should now be working as expected.

Service Issue Reported at 8:29 AM on 8/16/2023: OIT is aware of an error in Buff Portal that is affecting 1224 Fall courses. Customers attempting to access affected courses may receive an error that reads, "An error occurred while loading this card." OIT is investigating the issue.
