IdentiKey Manager - Campus Published Email

This tutorial shows you how to edit your campus published (or "primary") email address. This does not change where you check your email (delivery location) or the email you use to log in.

Step

Go to the IdentiKey Manager website (https://identikey.colorado.edu/) and select Manage my Email and Calendar Service

Step

Log in to CU Boulder's Federated Identity Service using your IdentiKey username and IdentiKey password.

Please note: You may be prompted by Duo if you are enrolled in multi-factor authentication.

Your current campus published email address will be displayed in the Campus Published Email Address dropdown. This is the address that will appear in the campus directory and the "From" line of any emails you send.

Click the dropdown to see other options available. Select the address you'd like to be your published address. Click save to complete the change.

Step

If you'd like to use an email address that is not listed (ex. a nickname), you'll need to update your preferred name to generate a new address. Student can do this through Buff Portal and faculty and staff by following Campus HR's Preferred Name instructions. It can take 1-3 business days for the new address to be generated.
