Prevent Expiring Zoom Meetings - Outlook for Mac

This tutorial has instructions for setting a no fixed time Zoom meeting in Outlook for Mac. If your version of Outlook does not match the steps shown here, you are most likely using an unsupported version of Outlook for Mac.

Step

Install the Outlook Zoom plugin if you have not done so already, then open Outlook and go into Calendar View.

Step

Create a new meeting, then click Add a Zoom meeting.

Step

Click Does not repeat and choose Custom.

Step

Set the End dropdown to no end date. Click Save.

Step

Your Zoom meeting link is now set not to expire.
