Zoom - Install Zoom Meeting Add-in to Outlook

Use this tutorial to install the Zoom meeting add-in to Outlook. Learn how to uninstall older Zoom plugins for Outlook before installing this new add-in.

Please note: The screenshots shown may not exactly mirror what you see, however this process is very similar between Outlook for Windows, Mac, and Outlook for the Web.

Step 1

Sign in to https://outlook.office.com/mail with your identikey@colorado.edu

Please note: This will take you to Outlook Online.

Step 2

From the menu on the left select the Apps button (last option, square icon).

Step 3

Select Add apps.

Step 4

Search for Zoom for Outlook Add-in and select Zoom for Outlook Add-in from the search results.

Step 5

Select Add

Step 6

Select Got It.

Step 7

Launch the Outlook desktop application

Step 8

The Zoom Meeting add-in will now appear in the ribbon when you create a new meeting in Outlook. Additionally, the Zoom for Outlook Add-In will also be available on Outlook Online.

If it does not show, close completely out of Outlook and relaunch. If still not showing, restart the machine.

Step 9

If prompted to sign into Zoom from Outlook, enter cuboulder and select continue.

Step 10

Enter in your IdentiKey username and password and then select Log In. The Zoom meeting add-in will now be signed in with your IdentiKey
