UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 10. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services below).
Service Issue Resolved on December 1, 2023 at 1:51 PM: Mygroups.colorado.edu is no longer experiencing syncing delays across resources. The service should be back to normal operation.

Service Restored at 12:15 P.M. on 11/22/2023: Qualtrics new account creation has now been resolved by the vendor.
Service Issue Reported at 12:02 PM on 11/17/2023: Qualtrics new account creation is not working. The vendor has been notified and is working on a solution. Current users are not affected this problem is only for new users trying to create an account at: https://qualtrics.colorado.edu/
The production Enterprise Database (EDB) service will undergo maintenance between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 18. This will impact services that are dependent upon the Enterprise Database, including the Federated Identity Service and services that rely on it for logins such as MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, Canvas, and many more (see Impact and Affected Services below). The work being done during the maintenance will improve security, stability and functionality of the EDB.
Service Restored at 9:00 A.M. on 11/17/2023: There was an issue associated with our contract renewal which occurred on November 9th and some features were automatically turned off. This has since been addressed and impacted Qualtrics features have been restored.
