Service Issue Restored at 8:53 a.m. on 07/10/2022: Grouper (mygroups.colorado.edu) is back to normal operations. The backlog causing the delay was resolved overnight.
Service Issue Reported at 11:08 a.m. on 07/09/2021: Syncing of group and membership information from Grouper to the Active Directory appears to be experiencing delays. OIT is currently investigating.
The server https://bitbucket.colorado.edu/ will undergo maintenance from 4 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, July 21. Bitbucket will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance, preventing users from checking in code or pulling code through automated processes.
The Buff Portal will undergo a software update between 6:30 am to 7:00 am on Wednesday, July 14. This update will make the Buff Portal unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. Those who are logged in at the time of the update may need to log in again. This downtime is necessary to apply updates.
The campus’s VPN services will undergo an emergency software upgrade between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30. Those who are using the VPN at the time of the upgrade may be disconnected from the VPN and need to log in again. This maintenance is necessary to address bugs in the current code version and is recommended by the VPN vendor.
Update on July 14: There was no software update released in the interim so this upgrade has been cancelled.
The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade which will make it unavailable 4 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, July 14. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 11. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, MyCUBoulder and Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).
