Service Issue Reported at 7:15am on 8/26/21: OIT is aware of an issue preventing advisors from signing on to Buff Portal Advising and Salesforce. We are investigating the issue.
Service restored at 4:40 a.m. on 8/25/21: A service issue with the campus network began at approximately 1:30 a.m. OIT investigated the issue and was able to restore the campus network.
Update at 5 a.m. on 8/25/21: To address a campus network issue that happened early Wednesday, OIT restarted a campus border router at 4:40 a.m.
Service Restored at 05:33 PM on 8/23/21: The IdentiKey Manager service has been restored and all updates and changes that occurred while IdentiKey Manager was down have been rerun.

On Saturday, August 14, from 9 am to 11 am, Turnitin will undergo maintenance by the vendor. During this timeframe, Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will not be available. This maintenance is being performed to make several hardware updates and performance improvements.

Service restored at 12:35 PM on 8/10/2021: Troubleshooting steps taken in the SPSC Data Center appear to have resolved campus network issues. OIT will continue to monitor network traffic. The server https://bitbucket.colorado.edu/ will undergo maintenance from 4 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, August 18. Bitbucket will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance, preventing users from checking in code or pulling code through automated processes. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade the Bitbucket server to the latest version which adds security, feature and usability improvements.
