Email Delays Due to Volume

Issue resolved on 08/05/21 at 3:46 PM: All delayed emails have been delivered as of 3:40 pm

 

Issue reported on 08/05/21 at 12:34 PM: OIT is aware of email delays and is actively working to resolve a back-up due to volume. 

 

Impact

Users may experience delays in receipt of emails, as well as delivery.

The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade which will make it unavailable from 4 pm to 6 pm on Wednesday, October 13. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

Impact

Jira will be unavailable from 4 pm to 6 pm on Wednesday, October 13.

Issue resolved on 9/22/21 at 3:10PM: The email delivery issues have been resolved, emails should be received as expected. 

Issue reported on 9/22/21 at 2:30PM: OIT is aware of an issue impacting campus email delivery delays, please be aware that emails may take longer to be received than normal.

Cockrell Power Outage

Service Restored: Power has been restored.

Service Issue Reported at 1:41 p.m. on 09/09/2021: Cockrell is experiencing an unplanned power outage due to construction nearby. No ETA is available on a fix at this time.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, September 26. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, MyCUBoulder and Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below).

Classroom Capture & Personal Capture - Authentication Error

Service Restored at 9:40am on 9/9/2021: The issue preventing users from signing on to the Classroom/Personal capture service has been resolved.

 

Service Issue Reported at 8:46am on 9/9/2021: OIT is aware users are receiving a "Unsupported Request" error message when signing in to Classroom/Personal Capture. OIT is currently working to restore the service.
