The Buff Techs’ troubleshooting and diagnostics services for university and personally owned computing devices are once again available in the Norlin Commons. The Buff Techs currently provide both in-person and online appointments scheduled through the Buff Techs Bookings page.
All services provided by the Buff Techs are free of charge and include the following:
- troubleshooting and diagnostics for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, multifunction devices and other personal computing devices
- virus, spyware and malware removal
- software installation and debugging
- operating system installation, configuration, restoration and reinstallation
- laptop registration
In addition to their Norlin Commons location, the Buff Techs can also be found in the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) building. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday and hours differ by location. Learn more about the services provided by the Buff Techs.
