Issue resolved at 7:20 am on 7/11/19: Faculty are now able to create their courses in Canvas via MyCUInfo. Thank you for your patience.

Some faculty members may be unable to create their Canvas courses via MyCUInfo. If you are having trouble requesting your course, first try clearing your browser's cache and allowing pop-ups.  https://oit.colorado.edu/services/network-internet-services/wireless-internet/ucb-wireless/help/clear-browser-cache

Update: This migration was postponed in order to address share naming issues. When a new date is established, Files and UCB Files users will be notified by email.

Fileshares beginning with the following paths on the Enterprise Storage service will be moved to new hardware from 7 pm on Tuesday, May 28, to 7 am on Wednesday, May 29 making the service intermittently unavailable.

SERVICE RESTORED at 8:58 am on 2/12/18: The reported login issue with MYCUINFO has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. 

ISSUE REPORTED at 8:35 am on 2/12/18: Customer's reporting "No Default Homepage Tab Found" when logging into MYCUINFO. OIT and UIS are engaged, no ETA at this time. More information will posted as it becomes available.
