A Better Way to Print Is Here!

Submitted by jach7912 on

A new way of printing has come to the CU Boulder campus. Students told us they wanted a printing service that is more reliable, with a modern interface and more ways to print. So in the weeks leading up to the fall 2017 semester, wepa Cloud Campus Printing kiosks replaced the Xerox student print stations across campus. The new wepa system will make it easier to print from computer labs, mobile devices, cloud documents, and USB drives.

How to Print

wepa allows you to upload documents in a number of convenient and easy-to-use methods including:

How to Pay
Release documents from any kiosk by paying with:

  • Wepa account – All students enrolled for at least 9 credits during the fall 2017 semester who sign up for a wepa account using their University of Colorado credentials will receive $5.00 worth of free prints to use during the 2017-2018 school year. Upload additional funds at any wepa kiosk or wepa's website using a credit or debit card.
  • Credit/debit card – Securely pay for prints directly with a debit or credit card. (Please note: These transactions will incur an additional $0.40 per print job service fee, imposed by financial institutions. Avoid this fee by using your credit/debit card to load a minimum of $5 into your wepa account instead and then selecting “wepa account” as your method of payment.)
  • Campus Cash payments with your Buff OneCard or a Guest Card.
