Messaging & Collaboration Forms Moving to ServiceNow

The access and business-related forms you previously accessed through Aurora's Messaging and Collaboration Request Portal are now available in ServiceNow's OIT Automated Request Portal.

These forms were transferred directly from one portal to another, so neither the forms' contents nor their review and approval process have changed. The forms will remain active in both locations until the Messaging and Collaboration Request Portal is deactivated on Wednesday, March 18.

This shift from Aurora to ServiceNow contributes to an improved user experience by standardizing and consolidating requests to the ServiceNow platform and streamlines and improves the Aurora service.
