Salesforce is experiencing a widespread outage
Issue Resolved 05/11/2021 at 10:02 pm: Salesforce is reporting that the network issue is resolved. OIT has confirmed that Buff Portal Advising and eComm applications are accessible.
Issue Reported 05/11/21 at 05:33 PM: The Salesforce services of Buff Portal Advising and eComm are still experiencing an outage. Users may intermittently be able to log in, but the system remains unstable. The CRM team is engaged with the vendor and they are actively working the issue. We will provide another update at 7pm.

Microsoft 365 service issues
Issue resolved at 9:21 pm on 4/1/2021: DNS issue affecting multiple Microsoft 365 and Azure services has been resolved.
Issue Updated at 04:19 p.m. on 04/01/2021: Currently all Microsoft 365 and Azure services may have intermitent connections issues, these issues appear to be exacerbated by VPN connections but may not work regardless, this is a Microsoft side issue. OIT is still investigating.

Issue restored at 11:16 AM on 01/11/21:Network service restored in terminal 315-u2876 at Champion Center. All wired and wireless network service supplied through terminal room 315 have been restored after the replacement of a failed GBIC.
Issue reported at 10:23 AM on 01/11/21: Network switch in Champion Center terminal 315-u2876 is not responding. All wired and wireless network services provided from terminal 315 are down. OIT responding to investigate.
