Zoom - How to Use Live Chat Support

Take advantage of Zoom's live chat support when you have technical issues. This tutorial shows how to quickly navigate through the chat client and get in contact with a representative when you're having problems. Step 1

Go to the Zoom Support Center

Step 2

Click Chat button in lower right corner.

Step 3

Type Representative.

Step 4

Select Support.

Step 5

Provide your identikey@colorado.edu email address to verify your account.

Please Note: This is not your fistname.lastname@colorado.edu email address.

Select Chat with a Support Agent.

Select Core Product (Meetings & Webinars)
