Long Distance Calling Issue for Jabber Soft Phone Clients

Service Issue Reported at 9:24 AM on 11/28/2022: OIT Voice Services is investigating a long distance calling issue for Jabber clients. Calls cannot go through if dialing 8+1+.

Service Issue Updated at 1:50 PM on 11/28/2022: Email delays have increased to be upwards of two hours. OIT does not expect the delay to clear until later this evening.

Grouper (mygroups.colorado.edu)

The Grouper access management service, accessed at mygroups.colorado.edu, will undergo an upgrade from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, November 21. The upgrade will prevent access to the service during the downtime; however, existing groups, roles and memberships should not be affected. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Grouper to the latest version.

Impact

Access management activities in Grouper will be unavailable from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, November 21.

Service Restored at 6:00 PM on 11/16/2022: As of 6:00 PM on 11/16/2022 all updates have processed and the AD has returned to normal. 

Service Issue Updated at 3:15 PM on 11/16/2022: OIT has resolved the issue impacting the AD. Updates that occurred in Grouper or Identikey Manager (OIM) since 5:00 PM last night are processing and will take a few hours to complete. We will update this alert when updates have caught up.
