The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade which will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

The ResNet Firewall will undergo maintenance between 5 and 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24. The work being done during the maintenance window is required to complete the move of the subnet to new firewall hardware.

The server hosting OIT’s Messaging and Collaboration Request Portal (also known as the Aurora web application) will undergo an upgrade between 8 and 9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24. The work being done during the maintenance will not only upgrade the server hosting Aurora, but also increase security of the application.
The Messaging and Collaboration Request Portal/Aurora web application will be unavailable from 8 to 9 p.m. during the maintenance upgrade.
The January admissions decision release, which will start on Saturday, January 21, could cause delays for IdentiKey creation, account changes and other processes within the IdentiKey Manager service.
UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, January 22. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services below).
