Make a call
Step 1
Pick up the handset, enter the phone number, and press the Dial softkey or OK button.
Step 2
If you do not press the softkey/OK, the number will automatically be dialed after 5 seconds.
Please Note: Softkeys are the four unlabeled buttons directly underneath the screen. The functions change based on the screen you are currently on, with the label changing as necessary. For example, in the screenshot above, the key on the far right is labeled DnD which when pressed will enable the Do not disturb phone function.
Redial a number
Step 1
From the home screen, click the Redial button
Step 2
Select a dialed number.
Step 3
Press the Dial softkey or OK button.
Put a call on hold and make another call
Step 1
Press the Hold button and then the New Call softkey.
Step 2
Enter a phone number and press the Dial softkey.
Step 3
To return to the held call, press the Resume softkey.
Transfer a call:
Step 1
Press the BXfer softkey while in a call.
Step 2
Enter the number of the person you are transferring the call to.
Step 3
Press the Trans softkey.
Automatically forward calls to another number:
Step 1
From the home screen, press *33*
Step 2
Enter the number you want calls to be forwarded to.
Step 3
To deactivate call forwarding, press *32*
Make a 3-way conference call:
Step 1
Call the first participant.
Step 2
Click the Conf softkey.
Step 3
Enter phone number of the third participant and click the Dial softkey.
