The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade which will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

Teams Calls 911 Service
Service Issue Resolved at 8:26 PM on 3/30/2023: A workaround has been put into place to restore 911 service while a permanent solution can be determined with the assistance of the vendor.
Service Issue Updated at 11:30 AM on 3/29/2023: The 911 service is now connecting, but location information is not being sent. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Border Firewall (network traffic)
Update at 6:48 a.m. on 03/28: Maintenance is complete and services have been tested and verified.
The campus border firewalls will be upgraded to new software from 5:30 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 28. During this upgrade window all network traffic to and from the campus will experience an interruption for up to 35 minutes. This may result in the need to reconnect to services if they do not automatically reconnect. This upgrade is necessary to improve performance and address known bugs.
