Service Restored at 4:30 p.m. on 3/1/25: Microsoft has restored its Microsoft 365 services. They will be performing extended monitoring to ensure that the service remains stable, and to address any outstanding impact to other Microsoft 365 services.
Service Issue Reported at 2:36 p.m. on 3/1/25: OIT is aware of an issue accessing Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft has confirmed the service disruption that is impacting some users. They are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue.

IdentiKey Manager
An internal business process will cause delays in IdentiKey processing for up to 24 hours beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5.
Impact

Domain Controller Firewall
The AD03 domain controller will be moved to a new firewall on Monday, March 3 from 5 - 6 p.m. This will only impact systems dependent upon that domain controller (Active Directory).
Impact
Due to redundancy in the Active Directory service, there is no expected service impact, however, querying the AD03 domain controller during the maintenance window could cause a delay in authentication.

Enterprise Database (multiple services impacted)
The production Enterprise Database (EDB) service will undergo maintenance between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1. This will impact services that are dependent upon the EDB, as well as services that rely on it for logins. This maintenance is required to ensure continued database security, stability and functionality.

Residence Hall Router Upgrade
The residence hall router will undergo emergency maintenance between 6 and 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26. This work is necessary to upgrade the software and troubleshoot a network issue.
Impact
During the maintenance window, all residence hall buildings (see Affected Buildings below) will experience a network outage of approximately 15 minutes. This will affect residence hall wireless, wired and VoIP networks.

DUO Device Manager
Service Restored at 6:45 PM on 2/13/2025: The issue impacting the Manage Device page for Duo has been resolved. Users can now update and add authentication methods.
Service Issue Reported at 5:05 PM on 2/13/2025: OIT is aware of an issue where users cannot access the Manage Devices page for Duo. As such, users cannot currently update their authentication methods. OIT has engaged the vendor and is investigating the issue.
