Zoom - Pass Ownership of a Zoom Meeting or Webinar to Another Person

Zoom Meetings and Webinar ownership can be updated at any time. However, it is especially important when leaving CU Boulder to pass ownership of any active Zoom meeting and/or webinar to another person within the department. Doing so will allow the meetings/webinars to continue without changing the URL.

For a video tutorial of this process, see OIT's screen capture video. For more information, see Zoom's Using Scheduling Privilege page.

Please note: To pass ownership of a Zoom webinar, the new owner must have a webinar license assigned to their Zoom account.
