Starting January 13, DocuSign, CU Boulder’s electronic signature application, will have a different login experience. Currently, users log into DocuSign using their @colorado.edu email address and a DocuSign-specific password they created. After January 13, DocuSign will use CU Boulder’s Federated Identity Service and IdentiKey information to access accounts.

It is a common good service available to all CU Boulder students, faculty and staff, therefore there is no direct cost to individuals or departments.

This week OIT will implement a change that will alter the length of how long items stay in your Outlook “Deleted Items” folder. When the campus transitioned from Exchange 2007 to the Exchange Online service, the existing “Deleted Items” purge policy did not transition over. Previously, anything filed in the “Deleted Items” folder would automatically be purged after 30 days.
