New DocuSign Login Experience

Starting January 13, DocuSign, CU Boulder’s electronic signature application, will have a different login experience. Currently, users log into DocuSign using their email address and a DocuSign-specific password they created. After January 13, DocuSign will use CU Boulder’s Federated Identity Service and IdentiKey information to access accounts.

A Remote Seat at the Table

Setting our students up for success is a top priority for CU Boulder, but how can we help students who leave campus before completing their degree? Of course, some can benefit from expanded offerings of online classes, but is there another solution for those students who need to complete a seminar or smaller face-to-face course that’s not offered online? Could we still help them?

Increase Efficiency with DocuSign

Streamline your processes with DocuSign. Docusign is an easy-to-use, full-featured, web-based application for signing/sending documents, creating forms, and managing document workflow. It is a common good service available to all CU Boulder students, faculty and staff, therefore there is no direct cost to individuals or departments.

Some of the benefits of DocuSign include:

How Deleted Items Are Managed in Outlook

This week OIT will implement a change that will alter the length of how long items stay in your Outlook “Deleted Items” folder. When the campus transitioned from Exchange 2007 to the Exchange Online service, the existing “Deleted Items” purge policy did not transition over. Previously, anything filed in the “Deleted Items” folder would automatically be purged after 30 days.
