Service Restored at 7:30 a.m. on 4/16/2025: The issue with Jamf Cloud has been resolved. Enrollment for Secure Computing and Self Service are now back online.

Service Issue Reported at 3:32 p.m. on 4/15/25: OIT is aware of an issue with Jamf Cloud affecting enrollment and access to self service functionality for CU Boulder Secure Computing devices running on macOS, iPadOS, and iOS. OIT is engaged with the vendor for investigation and are working to resolve the issue.
