Service Restored at 6:45 PM on 2/13/2025: The issue impacting the Manage Device page for Duo has been resolved. Users can now update and add authentication methods.
Service Issue Reported at 5:05 PM on 2/13/2025: OIT is aware of an issue where users cannot access the Manage Devices page for Duo. As such, users cannot currently update their authentication methods. OIT has engaged the vendor and is investigating the issue.
