Connectivity Issues with UCB Wireless

Service Restored at 12:00 PM on 11/8/2024: OIT has confirmed the issues reported with Web Grading Sync tool in Canvas on October 18 have been remediated. Recent Web Grading Sync attempts have been submitted successfully and without error.
The main contact center server will undergo a reboot between 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. This reboot is necessary to fix an issue of callers not hearing announcements when calling a contact center.
Contact centers will likely experience several short outages during the maintenance window. Receiving calls and accessing contact center software will not be possible during these outages.

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20. This maintenance is necessary to install a critical patch update to CU's systems.
During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.
Service Restored on 10/14/2024 at 8:35 PM: The server for the main call center has been rebooted and contact center functionality restored.
The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade that will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

The production Enterprise Database (EDB) service will undergo maintenance between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5. This will impact services that are dependent upon the Enterprise Database, including the Federated Identity Service, and services that rely on it for logins, such as MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, Canvas, and many more (see Impact and Affected Services below). This maintenance is required to improve the EDB's security, stability and functionality.
Qualtrics will undergo vendor maintenance between 11 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, and 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6. This maintenance is required to migrate certain assets to a cloud-managed database to help improve performance, scalability and reliability.
During the maintenance window, dashboard editors will be able to view but not create, modify or delete dashboards, results reports and printed reports. Surveys should not be affected in any way.
