Update at 3:48 pm 5/6/19: The IdentiKey Management service (https://identikey.colorado.edu) was able to complete all of the queued account changes and is now available for use. Recently confirmed students, who were unable to log in to their Google account, should now be able to do so after re-activating at https://identikey.colorado.edu.

Due to a high volume of account changes from automated processes, the IdentiKey Manager service (identikey.colorado.edu) has been taken offline to process queued changes. It is expected that the service will unavailable until 8 am on Tuesday, May 7.

Impact

The IdentiKey Manager service is used to make changes to CU Boulder accounts such as password changes, email account settings and more. While the service is down, these account change functions will be unavailable and queued changes will not take effect in downstream services (e.g. CU Boulder Gmail, Microsoft Office 365, etc.) until IdentiKey Manager comes back online.
