Issue Updated at 3:48 pm 5/6/19: The IdentiKey Management service (https://identikey.colorado.edu) was able to complete all of the queued account changes and is now available for use. Recently admitted students, who were unable to activate their account(s), should now be able to do so at https://identikey.colorado.edu.

Issue Updated at 12:56 pm 05/06/19: Due to a high-volume of account changes from automated processing, the Identikey Management service is unavailable. Any changes made to accounts including password and mail settings made today will be delayed, as well.

Issue Reported at 10:00 am 05/06/19: The IT Service Center has received reports that new/transfer students are unable to access their email (typically on GMail). The IT Service Center has been in communication with Identity and Access Management and they are working to resolve this issue.
