Service Restored on 6/4/2025 at 1:51 PM: Microsoft has resolved the issue and the phones are working.

Zoom - Canvas Integration Outage

Service Issue Reported at 1:22 PM on 5/30/2025: OIT has confirmed that the issue impacting the Zoom Canvas integration has been resolved.

Service Issue Reported at 12:53 PM on 5/30/2025: The Zoom Canvas integration is currently experiencing an outage, with users unable to access Zoom via Canvas. OIT is investigating and will continue to update.

Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 22.

Impact

During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.

Container Platform (OpenShift)

Due to a planned physical move of storage infrastructure used by the Container Platform, the service will be unavailable between 7 and 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24. All services that are dependent upon the Container Platform will experience an outage (see Impact and Affected Services below). This maintenance is required to ensure stability and reliability of the underlying storage.

Mountain Research Network

The Mountain Research station will undergo emergency network maintenance between 5 and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10. This maintenance is required to fix an ongoing issue with the network. 

Impact

The network at the Mountain Research Station will experience an outage of up to one hour during the maintenance window. Connecting to the internet at the Mountain Research Station will not be possible during this time. No other areas will be affected by this maintenance.

The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade that will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

KMS Server Upgrade

The KMS Server will undergo maintenance between1 and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21. This will impact users running unsupported versions of Microsoft Office (Office 2010, 2013). This maintenance is required to update the server to a new operating system.
