A change is being made to the IdentiKey Manager account password reset process that incorporates Duo multi-factor authentication as a form of identity verification instead of security questions for any user enrolled in Duo.
Turnitin will undergo maintenance by the vendor from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. During this timeframe, Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will not be available.

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. During this time Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services, will be unavailable (see Affected Services below). Services that are linked through the portals, but not otherwise dependent upon them, will still be accessible through direct links (see Affected Services below).
Service Issue Restored at 10:38 AM on 4/16/24: The OIM service is operating at its normal intake / turnaround processing time. IdentiKey and other service requests will happen in a timely manner.
The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade which will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

Power Restored 4/7/24: Power was restored by Xcel to impacted buildings throughout the evening of Sunday, April 7. Network service has been restored to those buildings.

Service Restored at 1:50 PM on 4/3/2024: The Vendor has completed the emergency maintenance and the system is functioning as expected. Identikey.colorado.edu has been restored and account claims, password changes, and new account creations are all available.
