Service Issue Restored at 9:00 AM on 4/8/24: Services have been restored to the SPSC data centers.

Service Issue Updated at 8:07 PM on 4/7/24: Power has been restored in the SPSC-DC data centers, as well as the LSTR/LASP and ARL/CASA buildings. Facilities Management technicians are responding to all incoming building alarms. Please contact their office with any questions at 303-492-5522.

Service Issue Updated at 7:32 PM on 4/7/24: Power has been restored to SPSC N190 and utility is back up.

Service Issue Updated at 3:25 PM on 4/7/24: Both SPSC data centers are still without power as Xcel is working to restore services.

Service Issue Updated at 4:33 PM on 4/6/24: OIT has determined that the power loss may be due to the current Xcel emergency planned outages. We have confirmed that all electrical emergency backup systems are functioning as designed with both data centers successfully transferred to their perspective emergency generators and protected by in-line UPS systems. Non-backed UPS/utility sources for the N190 data center will remain down until Xcel restores services. These outages may last until 12:00 PM tomorrow, Sunday 4/7/24. OIT is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates when we receive an estimated time of restoration.

Service Issue Reported at 3:44 PM on 4/6/24: OIT is aware of utility power outages in the N190 and N180 datacenters at SPSC. Both rooms are being supported by their dedicated generators as expected. We are currently working to investigate, monitor, and resolve the issue.
