Description
The SMTP servers will undergo maintenance between 6 and 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8. This will impact services dependent upon the SMTP Servers, including Multi-Function Devices. This is part of Phase 1 of the Outbound Email Security Upgrade Project.
Impact
There may be a brief interruption for MFDs and other applications that use SMTP servers during the maintenance window. In addition to MFDs, services that use SMTP to send email to non-CU recipients or from cloud services may need to be updated to continue working after the maintenance window.
