ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, May 24, from 7 pm to 11 pm. During this maintenance window, ServiceNow will be unavailable. This upgrade, which was originally scheduled for May 17, is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to a newer version.
