Update on 5/17: This software upgrade has been postponed and will be rescheduled.
ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, May 17, from 7 pm to 11 pm. During this maintenance window, ServiceNow will be unavailable. This upgrade is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to a newer version.
