Call center opened at 8:00 a.m. 5/7/19: The IT Service Center has returned to normal operations and is answering phone calls.
Updated at 4:00 p.m. 5/6/19: The IT Service Center call center will remain closed due to construction activities. The call center will open Tuesday May 7 at 8 a.m. Those who need help can continue to contact the service center at help@colorado.edu. IT Service Center technicians will continue to work on cases during regular business hours while the call center is closed.
Call center closed at 2:30 p.m. 5/6/19: The IT Service Center call center had to unexpectedly close at 2:30 pm on Monday, May 6, due to construction activities in the building. Those who need help can continue to contact the service center at help@colorado.edu.
