Description
The IT Service Center will delay the opening of their call center on Wednesday, February 27, opening at 8:30 am instead of the usual 7:30 am opening time. However, those who need help during this timeframe can continue to contact the service center at help@colorado.edu. IT Service Center technicians will continue to work on cases during regular business hours while the call center is closed. This call center closure, which was originally scheduled for February 25, is necessary to allow construction activities to take place in the building.
