Service Issue Reported at 01:47pm 02/19/19: Account activation via https://identikey.colorado.edu is experiencing an internal server error when setting the password. The password may be set successfully with an incorrect error returned. OIT is investigating the root cause of the error. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Resolved at 05:36pm 02/19/19

Update: All-clear. The errors that were appearing during account activation that indicate that a password was not set have been cleared. Passwords were set during the initial account activation attempt, but the web application didn't give the user the feedback. If there are other 500: Internal Server errors during account activation, please let the OIM project team know via the ITSC/OIM teams channel.
