Service Restored at 8:41PM on 01/31/19: The software upgrage of F5 has completed and all affected services are now functioning normally.
Service Issue Reported at 7:35PM on 01/31/19: The F5 change is affecting changes made to accounts that flow through to OIM and its affected services:
- Microsoft Office 365 accessed via http://office365.colorado.edu/
- Identity Manager (cuidm.colorado.edu)
- Grouper (mygroups.colorado.edu)
- QuickAdmit
User data will be stale until remediated. Access to mygroups.colorado.edu (Grouper) is currently impacted as well. OIT is actively working on the issue, ETA is unknown at this time. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
