Description
VoIP phone service hardware will be restarted on Friday, January 25, between 6:30 am and 7 am, making the service unavailable for approximately 10 minutes for a all VoIP phones in the JILA and LASP Space Technology Research Center (LSTR) buildings. Please note that this maintenance was originally scheduled for Thursday, January 24, but had to be rescheduled. This reboot is necessary to resolve an issue that prevents technicians from being able to access the VoIP hardware from remote locations.
Impact
The VoIP phone service will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes to all VoIP phones in the JILA and LSTR buildings on Thursday, January 24, between 6:30 am and 7 am. This work will interrupt VoIP phone services, but not analog phone service or other network services.
