Description
VoIP phone service hardware will be restarted on Thursday, January 17, between 6:30 am and 7 am, making the service unavailable for approximately five minutes for a portion of phones in the Space Sciences building (SPSC). This reboot is necessary to resolve an issue that prevents technicians from being able to access the VoIP hardware from remote locations.
Impact
The VoIP phone service will be unavailable for approximately five minutes to a portion of phones in the SPSC on Thursday, January 17, between 6:30 am and 7 am. This work will interrupt VoIP phone services in SPSC, but not analog phone service or other network services.
